PONTHIER deep frozen and vacuum packed chestnuts traditionally accompany meat and poultry dishes but they are equally appreciated as accompaniments to certain fish such as monkfish and sole. They are original additions to regional salads and are also used in pastries and desserts.

Ready to use vacuum packed chestnuts

Les marrons sous vide prêts à consommerThey are already cooked and are ready to use to prepare dishes. They are tender, tasty and remain whole when reheated.

The range is available to the general public in 200 gm packs and for professional and industrial use in 2x200 gm or 2x250 gm pots and 1 kg sachets (whole chestnuts or pieces).

  • Conservation: 15 months at room temperature (below 20°C).

Les marrons surgelésPeeled, but not cooked yet, frozen chestnuts give free rein to all your culinary creations.

Frozen chestnuts are sold whole in 1 kg containers or loose in 10kg containers or in loose pieces in 10 kg containers.
